GSX at Gramercy Theatre Feb 5th
GSX hit the stage and ramrodded thru with a set fit for the hardest rockers. With songs like Too Far & I Got What I Came For, the crowd (a few GSX fans down front, but especially up the back mostly older, Led Zep worshippers who were there to see Lez Zepelin doin’ their chick schtick,) was headbanging & fist pumping the air.
GSX are A.J. on bass, Tony Graci on Drums & John Andrews on guitar fronted by, tough as nails, Sarah Greenwood. She ain’t out to prove anything, she just leads us into the rock heaven we want to go! There is something magical about moments like during Bringin’ Me Down, when you realize the whole crowd is singing along in low slung voices as Sarah puts shivers up your spine with hers…
